This is a continuation of the same, but expanded.  A traditional artist sketchbook has never appealed to me -  This is my version of a sketchbook.  It’s part diary, part rough-draft, part useful place to organize my writing.  Not everything makes it into a painting, but instead hovers around the peripheries.  My artwork is directed by direct experience on and around rivers.  It informs everything that I make.
